邦特液壓 -- 阻尼器
黏滯阻尼器是一個可以為系統提供「力」以抵消物體運動的裝置，也因此能夠消散地震所引發的動能及緩和結構間的衝擊。他可以四面轉動，也可以設計成允許自由運動，及控制結構的阻尼，以防止風荷載，熱運動或地震事件。抗震阻尼器非常適合大位移和/或大負載的應用，如橋樑，建築物和大型建築物。
黏滯阻尼器的阻尼力與兩端的相對速度成正比。結構工程師會依自己的要求來選擇阻尼量。

BRANT HYDRAULIC -- Damper
Viscous dampers are devices which can be added into a system to provide forces which are resistive to motion, thus can dissipate the kinetic energy of seismic events and cushion the impact between structures. They are versatile and can be designed to allow free movement as well as controlled damping of a structure to protect from wind load, thermal motion or seismic events. Seismic dampers are well suited for large displacement and/or large load applications such as bridges, buildings and large structures.
Our viscous damper provides damping forces that are proportional to the relative velocity of the two end connections of the damper. The structural engineer will specify their preference, depending on the amount of damping required.
